Modify Decking Around Swim Spa
In order to increase usability of the swim spa, we will remove and rebuild the lower level decking to fall above the top of the swim spa. Swim spa will still be accessible from the sides and below the deck. Additionally, we are proposing an automatic roll-off cover that site under the deck, creating a seamless cover solution.
ADU with Gym and Golf Simulator
840 SqFt structure with luxury materials. The front of the structure will be lined with floor to ceiling sliding/accordion doors. Inside of the structure will include a golf simulator, gym area and small bathroom.
Pro-Grade Golf Simulator
Pro-Grade Trackman golf simulator with premium screen, wall padding and turf. We will install the golf simulator, including electrical, audio and lighting.
Luxury Gym
Included in the outdoor structure will be a 450 SqFt gym area. The modern gym area will premium materials, and accordion doors that can open the full length of the gym area for maximum natural light and ventilation.
Struxure Pergola
We propose installing a Struxure Pergola over the kitchen and eating area to ensure that outdoor living space can be utilized year round. The Struxure unit will be 12'x30' and include power and fans.
Modern Outdoor Kitchen
Modern outdoor kitchen with premium white stone and granite countertop. Kitchen will include a grill, refrigerator, sink and storage. Includes required utility installation.
Concrete Seating Area and Firepit
Dyed concrete seating and firepit will add a modern and elegant touch to the backyard. The concrete bench and firepit will be finished smooth to the touch, and contain wood accents.
Modern and Low-Maintenance Landscaping
Landscaping will be the final touch of the backyard area. Far from the focal point of the designed area, the greenery and modern planters will provide an elegant contrast to the rest of the materials without being overstated. With the right plant selection and irrigation, the landscaping will be maintenance free and only require a once a year pruning.
Outdoor Seating Area
The center of the backyard area is proposed to be a combination of travertine stone and inlaid turf. The contribution of turf here will go along way in softening the overall outdoor living area.
Premium Privacy Fencing
Premium fencing will be installed around the backyard, creating the compound effect you mentioned in our consultation meeting. Rather than installing a generic fence, the outdoor living area will benefit from a modern fencing that compliments the rest of the outdoor living design.
